Citroen C3 - Windscreen wipers and washer not working - elekie&a/c doctor The Comms units certainly are a common problem,but there are other parts of the system that could cause this issue.The main body function control module ,behind the dash,operates the wash and wipe system,in conjunction with the Comms switch.

I think its because the screen is a computer and unfortunately computers freeze and crash - but the beauty of this system is Citroen can send out updates and fixes a lot easier than 'standard' cars with 'normal' displays etc. They could really change a lot of settings and functions .
